RENIV, a high-functionality dermo skincare brand, has announced the launch of its latest product, ‘Glowshot 120,000’, which combines Blood Lime and NAD+ exosomes aimed at expanding its high-performance dermacare lineup.
This new product enhances the existing ‘Glowshot’ by increasing the concentrations of NAD+ and exosomes, while also fortifying the Blood Lime ingredient. It is designed to address a variety of skin concerns, such as pigmentation and skin aging, and has been clinically tested for its efficacy in improving skin condition.
Blood Lime, a rare citrus variety native to Australia, is characterized by its rich anthocyanin content, a natural antioxidant compound. RENIV developed this product to boost antioxidant functionality and specifically target skin issues related to pigmentation, such as melasma and spots.
Additionally, RENIV has incorporated a technology that combines NAD+, an ingredient gaining recognition for its anti-aging properties, with exosomes. This marks the domestic debut of the combination of NAD+ and exosomes in its Glowshot product, with the latest version enhancing their concentrations to improve skin delivery and anti-aging efficacy further.
Since launching its first product, ‘320 Renew Cream’, in May, RENIV has secured placements in over 300 pharmacies nationwide. As of this month, product sales have seen a 1000% increase compared to the previous month.
RENIV is also implementing a strategy to differentiate its offerings based on consumer characteristics across various distribution channels, including pharmacies, online, and home shopping. It is launching pharmacy-exclusive products and online-exclusive offerings, with a high-functionality dermacare product featuring Blood Lime set to debut via Lotte Home Shopping on November 6.
The brand plans to gradually expand its high-functionality dermacare lineup by the end of the year. In October, it will introduce a cream leveraging NAD+ and Blood Lime, alongside a ‘Protein 300,000+ Volume Shot’ based on protein ingredients. Additionally, a further essence utilizing NAD+ exosomes is slated for release in November, with subsequent products such as a PDRN hydrating serum and hydrating cream 'Water Blossom' under development.
A RENIV representative stated, “Building on the pharmacy and consumer feedback on the existing Glowshot, we have elevated the concentrations of NAD+ and exosomes, enhanced by the inclusion of Blood Lime. We will continue to roll out differentiated products based on unique ingredients and technology, aiming for placements in 1,000 pharmacies nationwide by the end of the year to expand consumer touchpoints.”
RENIV stands for 'Revive' and 'Renew', signifying the brand's commitment to 'renewing the skin'. It presents a range of products that tackle various skin concerns such as barrier improvement, anti-aging, whitening, and hydration through proprietary technology and differentiated ingredients.
