LA NOUVELLE PEAU, a high-functional biotechnology skincare brand led by CEO Kim Yoo-bin, has commenced its entry into the French market, starting with CITYPHARMA, regarded as the largest pharmacy in Paris, located at 26 Rue du Four, 75006 Paris.

Following its initial entrance into CITYPHARMA last September, the brand has successfully expanded into over 15 offline stores across France, securing key placements in major retail outlets.

LA NOUVELLE PEAU is focusing on enhancing its distribution network by establishing a presence in leading pharmacies, as well as diversifying its sales channels to encompass department stores, five-star hotel spas, premium edit stores, and flagship outlets, thereby increasing consumer touchpoints.

The brand is also accelerating its entry into premium beauty channels, showcasing its products at various specialized beauty locations, including Feelgood, Nud Paris, Solettso, and Ginger9 in Paris. Additionally, LA NOUVELLE PEAU is extending its reach through luxury hotel spas such as the SPA at Hôtel Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay and Hôtel Le Collectionneur, along with department stores and flagship outlets like OhMyCream.

LA NOUVELLE PEAU is actively addressing regulatory requirements for its European market entry. Currently, it has completed CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) registration for a total of 16 products, primarily featuring bio-based products utilizing the LNP-T01™ technology after three years of research and development.

The CPNP-registered products include foaming essence, 28-days ampoule, total action eye serum, and slow aging cream, alongside recently launched LNP-W01 night cream and LNP-W01 phyto rice brightening mask. The brand is also expediting the CPNP registration process for its remaining product line, continuously expanding its offerings in Europe.

A company representative noted, “France is a market where consumers place significant value on specialized information regarding cosmetic ingredients and efficacy. Thus, we plan to enhance brand awareness centered around pharmacies and premium beauty channels that possess expertise in effectively communicating how active ingredients interact with the skin.”

The representative further stated, “We aim to establish LA NOUVELLE PEAU as a representative K-clinic skincare brand by showcasing our unique bio-technology and high-performance skincare capabilities in the French market, laying a critical foundation for further expansion in Europe.”

Furthermore, they expressed, “We find it particularly meaningful that LA NOUVELLE PEAU is receiving interest from local distributors and beauty channels in the French market, which holds significant symbolic value in the global beauty industry. We will continue to strengthen our brand presence in the European market, starting from France.”
