Amorepacific has successfully completed its first local program of the MEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY in India on October 10. This initiative, in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), was held in the National Capital Region of Delhi and was designed to strengthen the practical capabilities of local youth in the beauty industry while supporting their economic independence.

A total of 65 participants graduated from the program, which encompassed three tracks: beauty, digital skills, and job entrepreneurship, delivered across seven sessions. Participants learned about the beauty industry and K-beauty, content planning, shooting, editing, online communication, personal portfolio development, and essential knowledge for job hunting and entrepreneurship. Each session combined offline training with project work and expert mentoring to help solidify the learning outcomes into tangible content and portfolios.

Following the training, exceptional graduates will have the opportunity to collaborate on planning and producing content for brands under Amorepacific that have entered the Indian market. This initiative is aimed at allowing participants to apply what they have learned in real projects and gain practical experience.

Lee Sun-joo, Senior Executive of Amorepacific’s Public Relations Division, expressed the significance of this endeavor, stating, “It is meaningful to accompany youth in exploring their career paths through the MEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY in India following its success in Korea. We will support the young participants in utilizing their skills in real projects through collaboration with our Indian entity and the localized brands of Amorepacific.”

Amorepacific plans to continuously monitor the training outcomes and follow-up collaboration cases while supporting the capacity building and career exploration of domestic and international youth through its social contribution programs, including MEET YOUR BEAUTY.
