ABLE C&C, led by CEO Shin Yoo-jung, is initiating a significant transformation in consumer-brand communication through its new Communication AX (AI Transformation) initiative tailored for the AI era.

In collaboration with Proudcom, a PR agency specializing in AI and HI (Human Intelligence), ABLE C&C will implement the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) project, focusing on increasing information visibility for corporations and brands in generative AI search environments.

The shift in consumer search behavior is rapidly evolving from traditional portal-based inquiries to leveraging generative AI tools. According to Open Survey, from March to December 2025, the use of ChatGPT for search purposes is projected to rise from 39.6% to 54.5% while Gemini is expected to grow from 9.5% to 28.9%. Conversely, Naver's usage rate is anticipated to decline from 85.3% to 81.6%.

This change necessitates that businesses manage not just their visibility in search results, but also how AI discovers, interprets, and conveys corporate and brand messaging to consumers.

As an initial step in its Communication AX strategy, ABLE C&C will focus on the GEO project. The company plans to refine the structure and content of information related to itself and its leading brand, MISSHA, ensuring accurate and consistent delivery across generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Beyond merely optimizing its website, ABLE C&C aims to reinforce its overall management system for corporate and brand information so that diverse digital content surrounding ABLE C&C and MISSHA remains coherent within the AI environment. This approach is designed to facilitate global business expansion while adapting to the changing information landscape and establishing new consumer touchpoints in the AI era.

Proudcom combines AI-driven data analysis with traditional PR practices, offering AI communication solutions enhanced by GEO. CEO Shin Yoo-jung of ABLE C&C stated, "We will continuously expand new communication and consumer touchpoints suited for the AI era while strengthening our global competitiveness." Proudcom's CEO Kim Wan-jun added, "We will support the construction of ABLE C&C's new brand communication based on our expertise in PR and AI/GEO."
