The Korean Cosmetic Experts Association, led by President Yang Il-hoon, successfully conducted its 14th Master Instructor Workshop over two days from October 24 to 25 at the Sunnyeo-tang Pension in Goesan, Chungbuk.

Centered around the theme 'Better Together,' this workshop gathered Master Instructors who have completed specialized education in cosmetics to share their experiences and enhance collaboration.

This year’s workshop shifted focus from standard educational activities to fostering communication and meaningful interactions among participants, highlighting personal experiences and professional growth.

The first day featured the 'Master Stories' session, where participants shared growth narratives and on-site cases, followed by a dinner, team-building activities, and informal networking opportunities. Attendees exchanged insights drawn from their experiences in the cosmetics and beauty sectors.

Support from various cosmetics and beauty-related companies enriched the event, enhancing its significance and acknowledging the contributions of the participants.
