Dongkuk Pharmaceutical has introduced two types of spot care products, ‘Madeca Cream Patch’, designed to be applied directly to the skin without the need for adhesive patches.
Unlike traditional patches that often fail to adhere after the application of ointments or skincare products, the Madeca Cream Patch utilizes a cream format that allows for application in a customizable size and thickness to desired areas. After a set period, the cream solidifies and can be removed like a patch, combining the convenience of application with targeted treatment.
The product line includes ‘Madeca Cream Patch Arc-Q’, aimed at soothing initial skin troubles, and ‘Madeca Cream Patch White-Q’, designed for skin tone improvement. ’Madeca Cream Patch Arc-Q’ targets red, irritated areas and oily skin concerns, utilizing a precision triangular tip for accurate application and a cooling sensation to help calm the skin. It incorporates TECASOME 4.0, derived from Centella Asiatica, tea tree leaf oil, bifida ferment lysate, and galactomyces ferment filtrate, and has undergone human application tests showing a 38.14% improvement in sebum secretion after four weeks of use.
On the other hand, ‘Madeca Cream Patch White-Q’ addresses dull skin tone issues across the face and body contours. It features a soft silicone tip suitable for both localized areas like the face and larger, curved areas such as the elbows and knees. This formulation includes TECASOME 4.0, niacinamide, hydroxydihydroxyquinone, and 99% pure vitamin C, with human application tests verifying skin tone improvement after just one use.
Both the ‘Madeca Cream Patch Arc-Q’ and ‘Madeca Cream Patch White-Q’ should be applied thinly to targeted skin areas during the final steps of a skincare routine and removed after a set period. They have passed skin irritation tests and clinical tests related to skin soothing effects, ensuring their suitability for sensitive skin.
