GFSC Life Sciences, represented by CEO Kang Hee-chul, announced the signing of an exclusive supply agreement for its self-developed cosmetic ingredient, 'EternalBee ECM', with Jakeery Company, led by CEO Ji Suk-hee. This agreement covers the Korean and Chinese markets and represents a strategic expansion following their previous collaboration on milk-derived exosome materials.

'EternalBee ECM', a next-generation cosmetic ingredient based on unique beneficial strains derived from native honeybees, combines ginsenoside and ginseng berry extracts. The formulation is focused on supporting the maintenance of the extracellular matrix (ECM), which consists of collagen and elastin, crucial for skin structure and function.

Jakeery Company plans to incorporate 'EternalBee ECM' into its core product line, including the derma-cosmetic brand 'Refilleo'. The company has established itself in multiple markets, supplying fillers and skincare products to China, Japan, the United States, and the Middle East and previously received the Export Tower Award for reaching $10 million in exports.

In South Korea, Jakeery Company products are available at Musinsa Beauty’s Hongdae ‘Pharmacy Beauty’ store, while in China, they have been selected as a '2025 Business Leader' by Douyin Global Commerce. Through this collaboration, GFSC Life Sciences aims to enhance the market application of its biobased materials while strengthening its commercialization efforts.

CEO Kang Hee-chul stated that 'EternalBee ECM' combines dedicated microbial strain research with dermatological technologies to develop effective skin longevity materials. The focus remains on continuously enhancing the business of high-value cosmetic materials through differentiated bio-based ingredients.

Additionally, GFSC Life Sciences held discussions with the Indian Investment Agency, KOTRA, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy to explore entry strategies into the Indian cosmetics and bio-materials market. During this meeting, the company introduced its unique biobased material R&D capabilities and key product portfolios, garnering strong interest from Indian officials regarding related products and bio-materials. This meeting represents a significant step towards advancing GFSC Life Sciences’ entry into the Indian market for both finished products and bio-materials, accelerating its global distribution network.
