Santa Maria Novella, the Italian beauty brand imported and sold by Shinsegae International, has announced the renovation and reopening of its store at Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam. Set to enhance customer experience, the new space features the brand's 800-year heritage, offering unique services such as fragrance engraving and limited-edition Chuseok gift packaging.
The renovated store emphasizes the brand's identity, incorporating three colors of marble used in the flagship store on Via della Scala in Florence, representing its historical and traditional roots. This design aims to immerse customers in the brand's heritage, starting from its origins in Florence in 1221.
In celebration of the reopening, various customer benefits are available until the 31st, including gift items like Chuseok string pouches, Rosa Gardenia total kits, and perfume pouches based on purchase amounts. Exclusive perfume sets and promotions will also be offered at the Shinsegae Gangnam location.
A special service for fragrance buyers will be available from the 28th to the 30th over the weekend, with the opportunity for customers purchasing 50ml or 100ml Eau de Cologne or Eau de Parfum to receive handcrafted engraving services. This allows customers to create personalized fragrances or prepare thoughtful gifts.
For Chuseok, limited-time, special gift packaging will be offered with designs inspired by autumn's bounty, such as pears, jujubes, rice ears, dried persimmons, and chestnuts. The golden hues and patterns draw inspiration from the black-and-white marble of the Antica Farmacia, the oldest space at the Florence flagship, harmonizing the richness of Korea's Chuseok with the brand's distinctive heritage.
A representative from Shinsegae International Santa Maria Novella commented on the renovation: "We put significant effort into ensuring that customers can feel the brand's 800-year heritage while purchasing products. We believe that through distinctive services like fragrance engraving and Chuseok gift packaging, customers will appreciate the brand's values and charm even more deeply."
