Color cosmetics brand 2aN, led by CEO Kim Shin-young, is set to launch a limited edition product line in collaboration with the global character brand Sanrio Characters at Olive Young on August 30.
The '2aN x Sanrio Characters' collection infuses the bright and lovable images of Cinnamoroll and Pochacco with 2aN's summer makeup aesthetics. It offers a variety of styles ranging from juicy makeup to soft tanning looks, featuring character packaging alongside bestseller items and new colors. The line includes two variants of the Better Me Eye Palette, three types of Dual Cheek, and two types of Love Pocket Makeup Kit.
The Better Me Eye Palette is a six-color palette versatile for use from eyeshadow to eyeliner and under-eye makeup. The bestselling '02 Fairy' offers a neutral shell pink shade, while 'Summer Guava' draws inspiration from guava and lemon sorbet to provide a soft coral hue.
The Dual Cheek product delivers a watercolor-like finish, blending smoothly for a natural look. It is available in three colors: '02 Love, Rosy,' '24 Caramel,' and '25 Mauve Lavender,' each featuring different shades such as peach pink, medium beige with caramel brown, and muted pink and mauve tones.
The Love Pocket Makeup Kit will be available in two types: warm and cool. It includes the 'Love Clover Palette' and 'Love Memory Dual Cheek,' previously only offered in Japan, and is designed in a convenient mini size. The warm kit features '04 Tropical Love' in peach coral and '205 Rose Milk Tea' in milk tea color, while the cool kit includes '06 Pink Shower' and '106 Pink Petal' in cool pink shades.
To celebrate the launch of the '2aN x Sanrio Characters' collection, 2aN will conduct various promotions. Customers purchasing the Better Me Eye Palette '02 Fairy' or 'Summer Guava' will receive character-themed card decorating stickers featuring Cinnamoroll and Pochacco. Purchasers of the Dual Cheek '02 Love, Rosy,' '24 Caramel,' and '25 Mauve Lavender' will receive a Cinnamoroll stress ball, while customers of the Love Pocket Makeup Kit will get either a mini Jelly Glow Highlighter or a mini bag designed with Cinnamoroll or Pochacco depending on the kit.
Kim Shin-young, CEO of 2aN, stated that this collaboration aims to combine 2aN's sensibility with the bright and lovely images of Sanrio Characters to create a more enjoyable makeup experience. She expressed hope that this limited edition collection, available exclusively at Olive Young, will enhance the personal summer makeup experience for customers.
