Image Color House, an affiliated organization of the Korea Beauty Stylist Professional Skills Association (KBP), recently partnered with a beauty influencer in China boasting around 2 million followers. The event focused on personal color diagnosis and K-beauty glow makeup, effectively highlighting the unique strengths of Korean image consulting and beauty aesthetics.
Professor Lee Seung-ah conducted the personal color diagnosis, analyzing individual skin tones, images, and vibes. Based on this assessment, tailored recommendations for colors and styles that would best suit each participant were provided.
The makeup demonstration featured brands such as Okra, Jabinde Seoul, Theoender, and Benefit. Emphasizing a healthy and natural skin appearance, the demonstration showcased radiant skin suitable for filming and broadcasting environments, along with the delicate makeup styles characteristic of K-beauty, which drew the attention of the beauty influencer.
Notably, the program’s focus on personalized recommendations based on the personal color diagnosis added significant value, transcending a simple makeup showcase. It served as a testament to the professionalism of Korean image consulting by offering customized styling that reflects individual color and image analyses.
The influencer expressed interest in Korean beauty education and skincare literature, gaining insights into not only personal color and makeup but also the broader expertise of K-beauty, which continues to evolve.
Through this initiative, Image Color House demonstrated the potential for diverse beauty programming that connects personal color and image consulting with K-beauty makeup and skincare content.
KBP’s President, An Mi-ryeo, stated plans to enhance professional image consulting and personal color education through Image Color House, continuously promoting K-beauty and K-style expertise through various programs and international collaborations.
