Wiret, a global K-haircare company, is accelerating its expansion efforts with a large-scale recruitment drive for the second half of the year. Earlier this year, the company expanded its workspace and, after just seven months, relocated to a new headquarters that spans approximately 1,000 pyeong, enhancing its operational infrastructure in line with rapid growth.

The recruitment will focus on positions across various functions, including business management, product development, marketing, global business, overseas sales, AMD, design, VMD, strategy, purchasing, logistics, AX, information security, and GTM, seeking double-digit talent numbers in each area. The aim is to secure key professionals essential for global business expansion while strengthening expertise in multiple fields.

Wiret operates several brands, including Dr.FORHAIR, UNOVE, and Tangle Angel, and has gained a competitive edge in the haircare market through differentiated branding strategies and execution. Notable achievements include Dr.FORHAIR's consistent ranking as the number one in the shampoo category for the Korean Consumer Satisfaction Index for 12 consecutive years, and UNOVE winning the top position in the Olive Young haircare sector for five years.

Based on its established brand competitiveness in the domestic market, Wiret is rapidly expanding its global operations. The company anticipates surpassing its sales targets within the third quarter yet again this year, having already extended its reach into major markets, including the U.S., Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Western regions. Notably, in February 2026, Wiret will make history as the first Korean haircare brand to enter Sephora in the U.S., while also expanding into all branches of Costco in China and key markets in Japan and Southeast Asia.

Wiret is committed to fostering a work environment that enhances autonomy and work efficiency for its employees. Initiatives include a 'Happy Monday' start time at 1 PM every Monday, flexible working hours, and hybrid work options, with hiring processes that consider applicants' circumstances through virtual interviews and evening interviews for experienced candidates. Additionally, the company emphasizes its unique approach to branding and workplace attractiveness by showcasing its culture and operations through its YouTube channel, featuring interviews with team members and behind-the-scenes stories. The recruiting website further presents various team narratives to give candidates insights into the work environment and culture before applying.

The ideal candidates Wiret seeks are those who ask questions and find solutions in a swiftly changing market, rather than following a set path. The company aims to provide opportunities for these individuals to broaden their expertise and face diverse challenges for growth.

A representative from Wiret stated, “Based on the competitive advantages gained within the domestic haircare market, Wiret is setting new standards globally. As a company recognized for outstanding quality and strategies, we encourage talented individuals who seek exceptional career growth to apply and join us in creating leading categories in a saturated beauty market.”
