Global beauty platform company CTK (260930), led by CEO Jung In-yong, has been awarded the Winner in the Packaging category at the MakeUp in NewYork 2026 'IT Awards' (Innovation & Trends Awards) with its innovative cosmetic container, the 'Dropper Jar.'

The MakeUp in NewYork event represents a leading B2B beauty exhibition in North America, attended by global brands, raw material suppliers, OEM/ODM, and packaging firms. This year’s event took place at the Javits Center in New York over two days, starting from the 16th.

The IT Awards, held on the opening day of the exhibition, have been recognizing innovations in the cosmetics industry since 2012, exhibiting over 100 entries, the largest number to date. An international jury based in Paris selected the final nominees based on innovation, followed by local experts evaluating market viability to determine the winners.

CTK was named among the final nominees in the Packaging category and ultimately selected as the Winner. The jury described the Dropper Jar as “innovative, simple, effective, and hygienic.”

The Dropper Jar is a patented hybrid container that combines the hygienic benefits of a dropper with a traditional cream jar. Its design features a 2-Way structure that allows for precise and hygienic dispensing while ensuring that every last drop of the formulation can be utilized. Its minimalist design balances practicality with quality.

A representative from CTK stated, “This award at MakeUp in NewYork establishes the Dropper Jar as the next-generation standard in cosmetic packaging, recognized for its usability, eco-friendliness, and sophisticated design by a global jury.”

Additionally, CTK provides a turnkey solution for product planning, design, formulation, packaging development, production, and distribution through its global beauty creation platform, CTKCLIP.COM, which currently has about 60,000 members across more than 110 countries.

CTK collaborates with over 150 domestic manufacturing partners, offering more than 2,800 product options. They assist in planning, developing, and launching differentiated cosmetics by connecting clients with ODM partners that align with their brand identity and product concepts.
