PharmaResearch, a specialist in regenerative medicine, successfully held the 7th PharmaResearch Global Symposium (PGS) in Gangneung, South Korea, from the 26th to the 28th, attracting medical professionals from over 60 countries.

This year's symposium, marking the seventh iteration of PGS, was designed to share research outcomes and clinical experiences in the fields of regenerative medicine and PDRN/PN, facilitating scholarly exchange among global medical professionals. Approximately 750 aesthetic and regenerative medicine practitioners from 64 countries, including the United States, Australia, Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia, attended the event. PharmaResearch highlighted global clinical applications and the latest global procedure trends based on its proprietary DOT® (DNA Optimizing Technology).

The program comprised an 'R&D Tour' and academic symposium. The R&D Tour on the first day included visits to the East Sea Life Resource Center, where participants observed the process of sourcing and processing domestic salmon. They continued with a tour of PharmaResearch's manufacturing facility in Gangneung, gaining firsthand insights into the comprehensive processes of raw material processing and stringent quality control.

The academic symposium on the second day featured four sessions that covered a wide range of topics from the scientific foundation of Rejuran to clinical expansion. Each session facilitated in-depth presentations and discussions on themes such as the scientific understanding and procedural strategies of Rejuran, safety and recent clinical studies, various clinical application possibilities, and enhancing procedural experiences through care and technology.

Dr. Suneel Chilukuri from the United States presented the safety profile of Rejuran PN, while Dr. Atchima Suwanchinda and Dr. Thanya Techapichetvanich from Thailand shared the latest research results and clinical case studies related to PN. Dr. Steven Liew from Australia provided an in-depth examination of skin regeneration mechanisms based on histological evidence. Additionally, Dr. Yuri Yogya from Indonesia discussed application cases in the lip area, and Dr. Soichiro Morikawa from Japan presented clinical experiences related to combined procedures, showcasing diverse procedural approaches and expertise from global medical professionals.

Notably, actress Kim Se-jeong, a global ambassador for Rejuran and Rejuran Cosmetic, attended the symposium, expressing her honor in participating in such a meaningful event where numerous medical professionals and researchers could share the value of Rejuran. She stated, "I will work to convey Rejuran's authentic message of enhancing natural beauty and instilling confidence to a wider audience worldwide."

A spokesperson from PharmaResearch commented, "The 7th PGS served as a reaffirmation of the scientific clinical data and safety surrounding DOT® PN, while also paving the way for next-generation treatment protocols in regenerative medicine. In the future, we will continue to expand scholarly exchanges with medical professionals both domestically and internationally, aiming to lead standards in the global medical aesthetic market beyond South Korea."
